Whether you need a standard pressure plate and friction disc or a complete kit with flywheel, hydraulics and bolts, Xtreme Outback has your clutch needs covered. Pressure Plate

Xtreme Outback pressure plates are designed for increased clamping force to improve torque capacity. There are a variety of different options depending on the torque requirements of your vehicle.

Friction Disc

Xtreme Outback offer a variety of different friction disc types with the most popular being the sprung organic and cushioned ceramic options. Check your specific vehicle listings for more information on the varieties available.

Flywheel

Xtreme Outback flywheels come in a variety of materials depending on the specific vehicle application including 4140 Chromoly, Ductile Iron, Steel & Cast Iron. For further information on the flywheel for your vehicle, please contact us.

Release Bearing

Release Bearings (also referred to as thrust bearings) are a critical component in your clutch system and facilitate the operation of the clutch diaphragm. Xtreme Outback clutch kits will include a replacement thrust bearing where applicable.

Concentric Slave Cylinder

Some vehicles will utlise a concentric slave cylinder rather than a traditional fork and release bearing setup. These hydraulic components are critical to the actuation of your clutch and Xtreme Outback recommend replacing this when replacing your clutch assembly.

Alignment Tool

These tools are used to align the friction disc spline and the spigot bearing/bush to make transmission installation as easy as possible and also reduce the risk of damage to the friction disc during transmission installation.

Bolts

Xtreme Outback flywheel and pressure plate bolts are designed to meet OE quality and are available in select clutch kits where required. These bolts will often be included in single-mass flywheel conversion kits where the bolt specifications may change from factory.

Spigot Bearing/Bush

Spigot Bearing or Bushes (also known as Pilot Bearings/Bushes) are critical and yet often overlooked components in the clutch system. These items locate the input shaft of the transmission to the crankshaft and failure of this component can cause a wide variety of clutch issues.

Spline Grease

Lubrication of key clutch actuation components and the spline of the clutch disc is critical to the successful operation of your new clutch. Xtreme Outback include high temperature spline grease in all clutch kits to make installation as easy and efficient as possible.
